We usually ship within 1-2 business days. Orders must be placed prior to 11 am EST to ship the following day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

You will need either the phone number or email that you used when placing your order. 
If there is no phone number or email address associated with your order, click on need more help and we will look you up by name and get back to you as quickly as possible.

Order Status

We guarantee Free Spirits to arrive without manufacturer defect, but we know things happen! Just let us know if your order has an issue or arrives damaged and we will replace or refund. Please see our return policy and info here: Returns and Refunds
Please note - we cannot accept opened bottles returned to us. Because tastes are subjective as everyone is different, we do not offer refunds due to taste.

What is your refund and return policy? 

Hello! Your order has not shipped yet. It usually ships within 1 business day. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. If you ordered multiple bottles, some may ship from different warehouses depending on stock levels. If you do not show tracking information and have placed an order, we may not have an email or mobile number on file for this order. Let us know, and we can edit the order for you so you can receive notifications.
