How do I change my order after it went through?Updated a year ago
After your order is placed, there is a grace period where you can edit your order of about 30 minutes before it goes to fulfillment.
After ordering, there are Cancel, Edit, and Reorder links on the final thank you for your order page.
You can also see Edit links on the order status page.
You will also receive these links in your order confirmation email.
Once the order goes to the fulfillment center, we are unable to make changes to your order. You can email us here if it is already with fulfillment to see what we can do, but we cannot guarantee a shipment can be edited after that point.
