Free Spirits are often requested for baby showers, but is it safe for YOU to consume if you are expecting a bundle of joy?

Generally, yes!  We're a non-alcoholic product which is defined as having less than 0.5% alcohol. We're closer to 0.2% which is less than a ripe banana or a glass of orange juice.

However, we are NOT your physician. Since we include B vitamins in our expressions, we recommend you consult your doctor.
