Why can't I log in to my account?Updated a year ago

Currently, there aren't any more 'accounts' so to speak, so if you have an account, that means you either have a subscription or have been with us for a long time, so thanks!

There are a couple of possible reasons you cannot login:

1 - You never had an account to login to. With software updates, "accounts" are not automatically created or needed anymore. As long as you have an email address or phone number in your order, you should be able to locate your order to check on it and see past orders. Just click on Track Order on our main help page here.

2 - You have multiple email accounts or phone numbers. If you have multiple email addresses or have changed your phone number, check old email addresses or phone numbers to try to log in. We may be able to help merge accounts if multiple emails and phone numbers were used. You can contact support here so we can see if we can fix it for you. 

3 - No email address or phone number is listed in your order. In this fast-paced world, technology offers a lot of help with autofill options. Sometimes no email address or phone number were listed in an order. If that happens, contact us here and we will look up your order by your name.
