Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made online at
Products that have been opened and consumed are not eligible for refund or exchange.
We offer a 14 day money back guarantee on products that arrive damaged or in unsatisfactory form.  Please contact our support team here within 14 days of your received order for a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for paying for the shipping cost to return the product. Once we receive the product back within 14 days, we will issue your refund within 7 business days.
